I wondered if anyone here as implemented 360 routine inspections? If you have I would love your thoughts on if it is worth the additional cost and if it really adds additional value to your clients.

Hi Emma,
Not at the moment but certainly something we are looking at. We do have very detailed photo routine reports that are sent to the landlord and we have had very good feedback from owners. We try to keep everything within the 1 software which means it does make it a little more tricky to link up with some other softwares sometimes.

Following here as I’m not sure it’s overly useful. I can see a benefit for walk through for potential tenants but I’m not sure any owners would see a benefit, I might speak with some and gauge the response.
