The reality is that most of these businesses have an excellent property management team but have spent so long getting that team right, it becomes an oversight to use the same foundational frameworks to systemize their growth team.

  2. Policy and procedures
  3. Key Performance Indicators
  4. Monthly 1-on-1 reviews
  5. Training and career planning
