BOND RECONCILIATION

Hi All, over the last 2 years we have increased our portfolio in size which means our bond rec is not as easy in the past - rather than manually comparing reports - what are the ways that other agents are reconciling bonds. thanking you all in advance

Hi Lyn,

Not that I know of. In our business, we do a bond audit every quarter as part of our processes, we have around 800 properties and it takes a couple of hours.

It is my receptionist job. Happy to share the process if you like, but its exactly as you say. Manually reconciling, and looking for differences.

Keen to hear if anyone does have any automation here.
