Following a great webinar this morning from Laura Valenti of Solutions Property Management, it got me thinking about processes we have that just make things difficult for our tenants for no real reason. She has put a lot of thought into rebuilding many processes, including tenant applications, maintenance and vacate, to ensure the process is frictionless for the tenant.
