Creating advocates for your business

One of the best forms of promotion for your business is from advocates. Clients who speak highly of you and are often proactive about it. These are clients who you have gone above and beyond for and in return would confidently recommend your services to their family or friends.

Do these advocates go unnoticed by you and your team or do you find ways to thank them and further value add to them for their efforts?

In past, I have used referral programs that attract fee reductions or even gifts such as boxes of wine for these clients and have often done less tangible things like featuring them in our monthly newsletter or allowing them to speak at a local landlords seminar.

What are you doing, as a business, to reward and value add to your advocates?
