It is in my experience that most new business team members require a systemized approach to growth, yet few businesses offer this framework in a well-documented system. The good news though, is that most new business team members have this knowledge but just need to document it. What approach do you think works best? Allow your growth team to document their systems to generate and nurture leads or create a process for them?
This is a great topic, I would love to do an online workshop with any other offices in the same boat as us (no systems yet but at a point to we need to start building them out). Happy to share what we have done.
