Here at LPMA, we have regular team lunches, activity days (paintball, laser tag, go-karting etc) and most importantly, at least 2 team retreats each year where we get together for team building activities to ensure we are always engaged as a team. We tend to find that the more engaged the team is with each other, the more engaged they are with your business vision and goals.
