Fighting Attrition

Client attrition is our biggest restraint in growing our businesses. Too often we get caught up in the day-to-day to realise the impact it has on our business. Unless we are proactive in measuring our attrition there is no way we can actively work on reducing it. Here are my top 3 things to reduce attrition.

  1. Interview all outgoing clients to seek feedback
  2. Running an ongoing customer feedback campaign to seek areas of service improvement
  3. Implement a buyers advocate to work closely with internal clients on buying and selling needs.
