Be respectfulDisagreements are an important part of debate in any vibrant community. Insulting individuals, however, will not be tolerated. Comments that use personal insults or other disparaging language will be removed.
Sexist, racist, misogynist, homophobic, and broad, offensive generalisations about groups of people are simply not allowed.

Be proudWe know the day-to-day of property management can be tough but our community believes our industry can only thrive if we become more customer-centric. Don’t promote unethical property management practices and if you want to vent about your tenants and landlords we respectfully ask you to do this elsewhere. Posts of this nature will almost always be deleted.

No advertisingOur community is a great place to learn about new products or services in the market. That does not mean our members want to be systematically promoted to. A discussion or comment where the sole purpose is the out of context promotion of a blog, a product, or another site will almost always be removed.
