How do you ensure you are delivering on your point of difference

In many cases, we focus so much on what our promise to our clients is, or what our point of difference is from our competitor, that we forget we need to execute on it. It is not enough just to know it. It needs to be sustainably systemized inside your business to it can be consistently delivered to your clients and somehow we need to ensure this is happening through a series of either KPI’s or audits.

What ways do you ensure that you are delivering on your promise to your customers?
