How do you keep your growth team motivated

Your growth team is just like a sales team, and like all sales teams, you have to keep the mood elevated to keep them hungry. We used to ring the bell whenever we wrote new managements, ran competitions between growth team members, set mid-month targets that were celebrated, had pizza nights to drive phone campaigns and offered cash rewards for going above and beyond to write a deal.

I’d be interested to know how other businesses keep their growth team motivated and achieving targets.
