Good day to all!
I just wanted to see what property managers do to help a current resident show a property (or at least have it shown by someone) after they have given notice. Many have some lease clause for this but I am looking more for ideas where the outgoing renter “wants” to show it and help us lease the property. I guess I am looking for a win-win-win for the renter, us and the owner. Is there some incentive that you offer (money, a faster return on the deposit, etc…) that seems to work?
