Has anyone had experience with or are using Simplerent? We are thinking about using their services but would love any feedback first?

Hi @kimmclean and welcome to the forums. I met with our local Simple Rent rep a few months ago. I really liked the concept. It is just another payment platform however this one gives the tenant a lot more control over how they manage their payments. The easy bond integration is a great concept and Think could be attractive to tenants. I’m not sure about the discounts, my mind is wired against these discount concepts so I might reserve judgement on that.
