But how far do we go to support our team with general health and wellbeing? @ashley.giles discussed in a recent webinar about providing a positive and inspirational place for teams to work, but should we be providing high protein yogurt, fresh fruit, and yoga sessions to ensure our teams are both mentally and physically armed to do attack each day.
We used to provide fresh fruit each day and boot camp sessions once a week which were quite fun.
