We often talk about our Point of Difference but what does this mean. A Point of Difference doesn’t entirely mean you have to be different but most importantly it is how you are delivering this to your clients that is different from your competitor. An example might be that ‘Maxmise returns for our clients’ is your point of difference. If you can demonstrate to both potential new customers and existing customers how you do this through your internal systems and processes then you already have the advantage over your competitor.
