Welcome to the LPMA forum
We are thrilled to have you here.
You’re part of a community of motivated property management business leaders and professionals united by an openness and a passion for new ideas. We are also a community that is respectful and supportive of others.
To help you on your journey with the LPMA community and to make the most of our forum we’ve created some simple guidelines.
Be sure your topic matches the general theme of the category and keep your comments focused on the topic of the post. Whilst there is more to life than property management, please keep any conversations that are not strictly professional in nature to our Random category.
Disagreements are an important part of debate in any vibrant community. Insulting individuals, however, will not be tolerated. Comments that use personal insults or other disparaging language will be removed.
Sexist, racist, misogynist, homophobic, and broad, offensive generalisations about groups of people are simply not allowed.
We know the day-to-day of property management can be tough but our community believes our industry can only thrive if we become more customer-centric. Don’t promote unethical property management practices and if you want to vent about your tenants and landlords we respectfully ask you to do this elsewhere. Posts of this nature will almost always be deleted.
Our community is geographically diverse with members from across Australia, New Zealand and the US. When commenting please bear this in mind as your business and operating environment may be different.
Our community is a great place to learn about new products or services in the market. That does not mean our members want to be systematically promoted to. A discussion or comment where the sole purpose is the out of context promotion of a blog, a product, or another site will almost always be removed.
No advice that can be construed as an expert legal opinion is allowed in the forum.
Please don’t post across private and public members of the forum. Duplicate posts may be removed by our moderators.
We moderate the forum according to our community’s values and the best interests of our membership. We will not enter discussions into how the community is moderated, especially if it involves discussing another member’s behaviour.
