I had an interesting discussion with the @michael and the team from Palace Yesterday. One of their clients has built a system that analyses all of their data and shows them their highest performing offices, and property managers! It was pretty amazing to imagine being able to rank PM’s based on their NPS, their Arrears, their Average Days on Market and more!
What really hit home was that it created a benchmark in the business which you could then use to recruit, review and train your team for constant improvement.
