I’ve spoken to many businesses that have annual team planning days. I used to have them also with my team, and we would hybrid it over our annual rewards day also.
What format are other people using to conduct these days to get the team to contribute to business goals for the upcoming year?
Wendell’s did one with the team from OnePlace, it was a great chance to mix together with other people to look at each others businesses.
We did it at a conference centre which also had a white water rafting option… (yea it exists here~!) and it was a great way to finish the intense day.
