Feedback from your Staff

Do you provide regular feedback in your business to manage your team’s performance on a broader scale? We have quarterly feedback rounds that allow management to understand how each team is performing. How do you offer staff feedback?

We use Office Vibe in our business so that our staff can also have the opportunity to give their feedback to management anonymously - perhaps this is something to consider if you feel the feedback is too general and not really drilling down into the individual feedback.

I like the idea of giving feedback to the business leaders as sometimes the team is looking for support in areas that the business has inadvertently overlooked. Rewards and recognition is one of these. I hear many teams asking for it and the business leaders have overlooked it. Sometimes the obvious things just get missed in the day-to-day.

Hey Tacco is awesome for this, we use it at Wendell’s with great results. Office vibe is good for the business leaders to get a finger on the pulse, but its hard with small teams as depending on how someone is feeling on the day can change the outlook completely! Try not to take it too personally.
