This is a reminder that the new letting fees legislation came into effect today. As of today, neither letting agents nor landlords can charge letting fees to tenants.

Tenancy Services has produced two 10-second video ads to inform landlords and tenants about the change in legislation, which you will be able to see these on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube over summer.

From 1 July 2019, insulation will be compulsory in all rental properties.
Insulation statements have been compulsory on new tenancy agreements since 1 July 2016.
