NPS - survey

We are looking at several different NPS software providers and wonder if anyone has found one better than others or if there are any free versions that you have come across? Would appreciate your thoughts.

I’ve used Survey Monkey and that has always worked very well. We do have a subscription to Survey Monkey, I don’t think you are able to use the NPS option within the platform for free off memory.

We use Jotform for surveys to work out our NPS - works great.
Issue to owners and tenants are set intervals.

Hi Sharon,
We currently are using Console Cloud as our property management software and they have NPS built in.

I have heard good reviews about Jotform.
