In light of the Covid 19 outbreak we are considering new ways we could do business during this time (and potentially going forward too)
Does anybody offer “tenant inspections” whereby the tenant undertakes the inspection?
If so, i’d be grateful for any information on how this is carried out and any thing we should consider.

Chat to @phil (From one-place) he has trialed a process of this so will be the furthest along.
At Wendell’s we are stopping all inspections and asking tenants to report any and all maintenance they have noticed since our last inspection. We have also asked owners to confirm “Leniency” on their policies for inspection periods.
