Turning slow sales listings into new property management leads

We had a great online coaching session last week with the wonderful Fi from Coronis. She shared many gems about their extraordinary growth team and processes, but one thing stuck out to me.

She talked about how as BDM’s they have a process of converting slow sales listings (ones on the market for more than 30 days) either to, or back to Property Management.

She talked about how they positioned their BDM’s with their sales teams and that this was a common practice accepted by both sides of the fence (Sales and Rentals)

I would love to hear how other businesses have had success with this, or if you think this would work in your business? When we’re coming into Sales Slow Downs, its a great time to be a Property Manager.
