Most companies in big cities will have a student area. How do you manage the turn over of tenancies?

We have a few high turn over properties - ex Air bnb and the like.We target businesses to these properties and go for a 3 month lease. The letting fee is higher than normal though.

How does your company manage the cleaning of the short term tenancies? What time period do you allow as a minimum between tenancies?

@Eden_Marsters - Most of our furnished short term tenancies have a weekly cleaning service included in the rent which makes the outgoings a lot easier. Companies are generally happy to provide this for their employees. We still allow a 3 day turn around so the cleaner can replace any items (and advise us) and we can arrange pro cleaning of carpets and soft furnishings.
