UX in growth processes

At Wendell’s, we have decided to give our Growth System an overhaul, becuase well were succors for punishment so decided to take on another project just before Christmas!

One of the themes we’re looking at through the process is “What is the User Experience”. Often as business owners were fixated on finding the efficient or scalable process, something that “Works for us” but we are not so quick to stop and build it around the “Users Experience”.

It has been interesting to re-build our system looking at it through this lens. I would love to know if anyone out there has been through a similar process successfully, or is looking to revitalize your growth process for the "Experience Economy" which is emerging.
