What are your new business team members doing?

We all know that just employing a new business team member isn’t enough to make our businesses grow. We need to support and nurture them like we do our property managers. We need to define their role for them and help them leverage the activities that give them the best results.

I find that different personalities are better at different things. e.g. a great closer is not great at paperwork and someone great at database management has virtually no sales skill.

What tasks are you new business team members doing, that promote their current skill set?
