What is a good participation rate - NPS

Hey All,

I think I posted about this earlier at Wendell’s we have just started to survey our clients, (tenants first, owners starting soon!) We have done our second full round of surveys, and the participation rate has dropped.

It is an open question to all those seasoned NPS or Survey users out there, but what is a reasonable participation rate in your experience? We had 32% in our first round, and 22% in our second.

I would have considered those number on both ends of the spectrum. 22% being a little low and 32% being quite acceptable.

What are other offices getting?
